Zero Two being in the gym voluntarily on her own time was a little unusual. She was dressed not to stick out, though, wearing a tank top and gym shorts of her own and hair up in a ponytail as she sat up on a balance bar, feel kicking in the air. Pyra generally didn't like it when a city sucked up to her too overtly. Sure, this posting was quiet - this place was away from the frontlines and on the coast, meaning it saw very few attacks - so a princess being here was more of an inspection than anything else. Which in political terms absolutely was an opportunity to suck up to her more than anything.

On the other hand, the noble in charge here was a family friend and a quick inspection of the base and the pilot barracks showed zero cause for concern. So if the bribe to gild the lily in her report was just a stretch of private beach and their own bungalow to enjoy for a few days, Pyra had no complaints about taking some time off with just her and Rito. And maybe one or two of the local pilots; if he thought they were hot Pyra would invite them down so he could fuck her.

"Can't say no to a chance to unwind!" she said cheerfully as she and Rito left the crowds behind and headed toward the beach. A steep sand dune cut them off from the rest of the city, with only the walls looming in the far distance, so they were on their own and free to do as they pleased.
